I learn something new everyday!

I am starting my first real estate blog ever! I am so excited!

I do take a positive spin out of everything. I am starting this blog mainly because I just got a minor bad experience with my new tenant. It was so lucky that on the day I came across an issue, someone from BP wrote about it on the forum!

I followed the advice on there, and it worked! Well, I hope it does anyway. It seems to have worked. Time will tell.

So as a way of giving back, I am starting a blog to document my lessons learned here, so maybe someone can learn from my experience.
