No Resolutions for 2014 Let's Just Do IT!!

Happy New Year Everyone!

I'm sitting here in Reynoldsburg, Ohio waiting on the BIG storm to hit. I've been off the blog I see 27 days! WOW!!! I didn't think I was out that long!

So…. what have I been doing with the real estate business idea? I've finally come up with a company name for my LLC… my next step this month is to make it an LLC. I have a few questions about LLC's but there really have not been any local meetings in December. There was one on Dec 26th and I couldn't believe it, with the holidays it was just a bad time to have a DARN meeting…. so I missed that one. I've been listening to the podcasts from BiggerPockets, they are so GOOD!! I don't want to go into information overload and not do anything but I just want to be as prepared as best I can. I've been listening to the most recent and then going from the beginning otherwise I didn't understand the DETROIT jokes.

I believe I am in paralysis analysis BIG TIME, because from what I know and have experienced I want to bounce ideas off people that have done what I want to do already. I have to laugh when it's been said over and over you should give value to the mentor. Clean bathrooms, run errands, or whatever… so now I am racking my brain how can I help? LOL!! I think the best I can do is be honest and ask HOW can I help you? Because I have little to no experience so I can let them tell me I guess. Plus, I work a full time job a w-2 earner…

My aunt who was a guru in real estate has passed away back in July 2013, and for all the years I could have drilled her on information, I wasn't interested and it's like she left only for me to pick it up from scratch (like she did) and just do it. It's funny how life just goes on anyway, we have so many similarities and I didn't realize this until she left this earth.

Shoot, I didn't want to make the blog to long but here I go typing away!

Rehab to build capital, and buy and hold.. that's the strategy…
