For investors and apartment buyers knowing the leasehold apartment fee is vital in every transaction. So, learning the process on how it is calculated is very important. If you’re observant, you will notice that apartment levies are different throughout the building. There are times when one apartment has a certain type of levy while the other apartments have a different set of levies.

There are several factors that can affect the leasehold apartment fee and for most apartment buyers – it becomes a very confusing matter.
