New Wholesaling Business Getting Off The Ground

So I am in the process of moving into my new office as well as researching and starting my new marketing campaign. I am also in the process of building my network of cash investors. I am actively seeking cash investors to add to my network in order to collaborate on furture profitable REI deals that I will already have in contract. At this point, I have been using my own working capital as well as private equity but going forward will also need to build relationships with hard money lenders in order to increase deal volume. I have plenty of experience and can prove that all of my flips have been very profitable.
