Motivation Tips from Navy SEALs Training

Small 1402408101 Navy Seals Training 485x375

As you know Navy Seals Training is one of the most difficult task in the world and not everyone can do it....

They had such a high drop out rate that they had to figure out a way to increase their success rate and not have to change the training program because they felt it could be done they just had to figure out a way to help the guys actually get it done...

They figured out if they taught their recruits 4 Basic Habits that anyone can apply to their lives their success rate would increase and the training program would still be the best in the world and remain just as difficult to complete.

Habit 1: Focus on RIGHT NOW

Habit 2: Imagine How Good it Will Feel

Habit 3: When All Else Fails, Breath Deeply

Habit 4: Cheer Yourself On!

I will cover more on each habit tomorrow, so stay tuned !

Have a Great Day and Keep in Mind You Can Do It!

Steve Dorsey

  1. I don't mean to steal your thunder, but this just fits the subject so well, I had to share it.  My best friend graduated from UT-Austin a few weeks ago from a doctoral program.  This was the commencement address at the ceremony.

    1. Not at all Robert! That is a great commencing speech and I love anything that adds value to what I do! Thanks again for sharing it with me! P.S Congrats to your best friend too!

  2. Good stuff, @Steve Dorsey !  Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks Joshua!

I love sharing what I learn daily and if it helps others a little that is the icing on the cake for me....
