Feeling time fly by

Wow, it's been a while since I checked in here! Honestly, I had to pull myself away because every opportunity just seemed sooo tempting. We currently have 6 houses, 2 rented, one is SO CLOSE to being rent ready, 2 we want to flip, and 1 more to get all pretty for a lucky renter! My plate is full!! I have gained so much experience these last 2 months. I would definitely not buy 6 houses all at the same time again. It just makes it too hard to focus on each house and its needs. I thought it might be easy to streamline things like ordering supplies, hiring contractors, etc. but it just gets all jumbled up in my brain. It takes a little more effort to process which house needs what and in what order to get things done. That would not be an issue by doing one at a time. I can't wait to see the progress and have a couple SOLDs behind me! I'm excited for that!
