Canadian Investing Journey Progress Update

I have had a lot of ups and downs since I posted my last blog.  Hopefully this will help motivate at least one person.

Up to this point I have led a marketing campaign that has generated 334 phone calls from motivated sellers.

I have made more than 200 verbal offers over the phone after going through my question sheets.

I have had 11 motivated sellers who verbally agreed to my verbal offers over the phone. 

There have been 3 occasions where the verbal offers materialized into a property visit and I have made 3 written offers none of which have been accepted.

I have done all of this since October 1st, 2014.  I also have many other things going on in my life where I am achieving astounding success.  I do have to admit however that I am exhausted and I am looking forward to recharging my batteries over the holidays.

I also am going to adjust my marketing campaign in the upcoming year so that I don't generate as many phone calls in such a short time, at least until I start having some help in answering the phone.  This is because I really like the idea of slow and steady wins the race and, I realize that I need to go a little bit slower in order to become steadier and to maintain my consistency long term.
