Visit to CT, with no agent

Recently saw a house online that looked like a great deal in West Haven, CT. Rented a car, and went straight there. Looks like a great deal from the outside. Even with a total rehab of the house, its location, literally right across the street from the ocean, makes it seem hard to lose on this deal. Will continue looking for other homes in the area to complete my goal of purchasing a multi family by Sept 2015. Even though I'm not in love with the directly surrounding area of the property I feel you cannot beat a house in that type of location! Looking forward to continuing this journey.
