Project Update

Man it's been busy... between my "real" job and my current flip project, morning and night seems to blend together.  The weekend comes and goes with still more work to be done... but I love it!  

First phase of the plumbing and mechanical work has been done, including HVAC.  Those two were a beast, especially the plumbing.  Older homes with plenty of copper that were not winterized timely is one problem after another.  Had to replace all piping from the main waterline to the interior of the house due to copper thieves.  There were so many busted pipes that there was a hole in the wall in almost every room. My pockets are a bit lighter with all the additional costs, but at least its done.

My goal for January: finish the rehab... my builders risk is running out.
