Home Stretch

Man, has this project taken much longer than anticipated.  Weather has been down right mean and my contractor has gone AWOL. But it's not that much left to do, just need to get him to do it, or get a new contractor.  Currently seeking a new contractor.

My focus is now shifting to the sell side... if anyone is reading this and looking for a turn-key property with excellent cash on cash return potential - "hit me up" on BP.
