2015 GAR Contracts Changes

Heads up in 2015 the Georgia Association of REALTORS has implemented changes to the language in the entire library of forms and contracts, including the Purchase and Sale Agreement. I just attended a Continuing Ed Class through SAR on the topic. Make sure to read all your contracts carefully and always get the help of a licensed real estate agent to read contracts with you and your best interest in mind.
