The First Chapter of My Success Story

THE PAST

I'm not as bad as I used to be, but procrastination is the root of all my evil.

I’m an introvert and great at planning and research, not so great at execution.

THE NOW

I am in the process of becoming a successful real estate investor. My focus is on creating financial, social and spiritual wealth. I take action. As an action-taker, I do something, anything, toward my major goals every day.

1st major goal as a new real estate company is to earn $10,000.

Before I read "The 10X Rule" I was thinking a nice 8-unit apartment building would be cool. Soon, I'll 10X the 80 doors.

Goals

Realty Investor Affiliates = wholesaling partnership

Lewis Realty Investments = buy & hold multi-fams

Realtor Lynn Lewis = just because I like being an agent

THE FUTURE

I am worth $10,000,000.00 in actual, not just on paper, money!
