Rehab #10, Stoneham - Under Agreement

I'm going to start my BP blog going back to the beginning of my last project to catch you up to speed and show you what type of content I'll provide going forward.  Also, this was my first project that I did without a partner.  As of today, I have fully completed Rehab #10.1, Stoneham, so I'll identify the timeline of these posts by putting the original date of when I posted them on my blog website at www.TheBostonInvestor.com

My next rehab is under contract and I’m planning to close next Monday, May 12th. This will be my first deal that I’m doing solo so I’m pretty excited. I’ll have the preliminary details of the deal next week. Stay tuned…
