Flipping in Sub Zero Temps

I'm working on this flip right now and need some suggestions for an alternative to repairing the cracked stucco on the front of the porch.  It's a whopping zero degrees out today, with no above freezing days in sight.  The project is scheduled to finish next Friday.  Any ideas other than throw up some painted plywood?

  1. Unless it is in your budget to drape a tent of 6-8mm plastic off the veranda roof line and set-up a couple of propane heaters, there is very little you can do this time of year other than:

    running a 6-8" wide piece of decorative trim just above the scuppers on the deck rails;

    remove the existing rails and replace them, with a wood or wood/metal  alternative (which can be prepped indoors, then installed).
