Four (4) Months Later in my REI Journey

Well hello everyone!

Here is an update on my real estate investing journey.

When it comes to education. I have actually studied investing, wholesaling, lease purchase options, etc.

You could say I'm pretty knowledgeable within my financial REI education. I've attended free seminars and was 💪 strong enough to walk out ALONE, without purchasing a thing. PHEW! IT WAS NOT EASY. Honestly, I've learned mostly everything on my own. I've read every REI book on real estate I can get my hands on.

CREATING MY BUSINESS:

I have created two different websites, created business cards, advertised on Craigslist, back pages, BP, etc. I've contacted sellers, put out bandit signs. Then I STOPPED AFTER ONE WEEK LOL. Now, it's been two months and I'm ready to try again but this time using baby steps daily. I'm searching for a mentor, breathing a little, then looking for opportunities again.

I finally wrote a plan out to not do everything at once but make time for two hours of marketing daily.

I SEE NOW THAT PERSISTENCE AND CONSISTENCY, doing a FEW THINGS DAILY is key 🔑 plus patience. If I stick to this plan and talk to at least five sellers daily. I should have my first property under contract no later than five months from now 😔 I'm crossing my fingers.
