Contain 800x800

In a new report just published by U.S. News & World Report, several cities in California were among the top 150 best places to live in the U.S. in 2024/2025:

Vallejo #143

Santa Rosa #125

San Francisco #22

San Diego #46

San Jose #70

Santa Barbara #71

Visalia #110

Sacramento #116

Bakersfield #121

Los Angeles #130

Fresno # 131

Salinas #133

Modesto #139

Stockton #144

The survey’s criteria included quality of life, job market, and value, with the quality-of-life index including crime rates, commuter time averages, availability of health care and quality of education. Unemployment rates and average salaries were analyzed for the job market index, and housing costs and rental costs were analyzed for the value index.

As always, California has many beautiful cities to live in! If you are looking to buy a new home, be it to relocate, downsize or move up, then now is the time. Find an experienced Real Estate Agent and a Lender to pre-qualify you for a home purchase. And if some fast, alternative & flexible financing is needed, we’ll be happy to help with our Private Money loans.
