Fox Valley Investors First Property Evaluation!

Many thanks go out to the folks who came out for the first Fox Valley Investor property evaluation and walk through held on June 12 at 41W934 Burlington Rd.  Surrounded by executive style new homes and 4 miles from Randall Road, it felt like a separate part of unincorporated St. Charles.  The small strip of homes left out by the cornfields between Silver Glen and Burlington Road are ripe for the picking for the right investor.  Don't let a hang up with a short sale bank get in the way of your next deal!
