Now that I have some time under my belt with one property I am trying to get 2 more by the end of the year. I just put in offers and will see what happens but I am understanding my market better and able to price out things better.

well, after about 8 months I am finally getting a townhouse that passed all of the rental metrics that will provide a profit. Thanks to some of the people here and others I can start building my real estate empire!

So the meetups got canceled but I got to meet new people and got into two more meetup groups, hope something comes out of this one. I successfully registered for some tax lien purchases for my area and hope to get some interest on that. Listened to all the podcasts and signed up for the new one...
