Month 1

I am an engineer that realizes I will never have enough to save my family from the wars overseas by working my regular 9-5.  I have traded stocks, taken a second job, and now getting into real estate to build enough money so I can take the needed trips and get them over here.

  I have no experience, no current prospects, but I learn quickly and never give up so here is the progress so far:
1 attended seminar on tax liens that turned out to be a bait and switch.  I did learn enough to do educated searches and found bigger pockets

2 started listening to podcasts and reading things from bigger pockets, the first responses to my "hello world" post got me into a local REIA.

3 attending the meetup this weekend and possibly bidding on tax liens in 2 weeks
