Greetings BP from "The REALTOR mum"
Hello Everyone,
A little introduction, my name is Daphne Brown, I am a Real Estate Agent in Southern California ( Los Angeles to be exact). I have been thinking about "blogging" for quite sometime now and I've just decided to give it a go tonight. (Bare with me)
No one here knows me personally but a little background information about myself is that I am a 29 year old (Birthday June 7th), single mom w/ 2 kids, living in the Los Angeles area ( relocated here from Alabama).
My kids (both girls) are aged 3 & 9, but here's the truth. I have held a valid Real Estate license going on 3 years but I am finding it difficult to get started in a new market with so much information floating around out there.
As a single mum, with so many millions of things to do in a day, I simply don't have time to chase the misinformation. Are there any "REALTOR" mums out there that would just like to know, "What works as an agent in Real Estate?" What prospecting tools are you currently using?

Hi Daphne,
BP works to increase your business as an agent. Provide education on investing and purchasing in your area. Answer other local BP members questions, become a Pro Member and advertise in the marketplace. It takes time, but you will create a name for yourself on this site if you become a knowledge expert in your area.
