A Day in the Life 6-24-15

Today was mostly focused on the Willow Flip.  I had to take the son to a Dr. apt today, so that took up most of the morning.  This is okay because having time to be with him was why I got into this business.

I met with my Gen Contractor to finalize the estimate of work along with a current time frame.  I also spent some time going through the stuff in the attic with the family.

I took some pictures of the house for a starting point:

Normal 1435184033 P6242001

Very excited about this one.  It should be a lot of fun.

On a side note, I got a call back from a lender that will support my Buy and Hold Profile.  So I am also excited about that.  Only thing I don't care for is it is a recourse loan.  But it is a 30 yr fully amortizable loan at probably 8.8%  I can work with that.
