CalHFA announces adjustments to previously announced changes

Ukiah, CA On Friday July 10, 2015 the California Housing Finance Agency announced that it was making changes to the previously announced changes for the income limits for 1-2 person households in Mendocino County for the Mortgage Credit Certificate Tax Program.

The new limits are:

MENDOCINO County:

Non- Targeted Area
1-2 Persons......$69,600
3+ Persons.......$81,200

Targeted Area
1-2 Persons......$83,640
3+ Persons.......$97,580
