Where have ya been?

I had a lot going on this week, home repairs / renovation of my own home taking up the majority of my time.  I have been reading my new book "The One Thing" but I haven't been able to do my usual daily analysis.  However my Father-in-Law did go look at a property for me...it was a bit tilted, foundation issues, no good.  However at least we are looking and finding all the bad ones is part of the game.  All my research and analysis is giving me a much better idea of what to expect for rents and my estimations are becoming more accurate.  Its a numbers game and I am continuing to search search search.  I am still speaking with turn-key companies and I am excited about the idea.  Thats  all for now, my 11 month daughter learned to crawl about a month ago so it is hard to write a long post because she is off and trying to find a new way to hurt herself.  Happy investing!
