In Need of Serious Guidance
I just moved to the Atlanta area, from Meridian,Ms., in search of better opportunites for me and my family. I am single, never married, and currently living with my older brother until I get on my own two feet again. I am also a Navy veteran, which would make me a proud supporter of our country's leader (Obama). I am very open minded to all responses good or bad, happy or sad. Around six months ago, I purchased Dean's book " Think A Little Different", which I've since had the chance to review the materials and read the book 3+ times, and I just don't get. I've tried some of the things he spoke of in the book, and unfortunately I'm still broke with zero success rate. I really need help from anyone and everyone who wouldn't mind helping out a fellow Americian. Thanks In Advance.

I love the post.. I'm in a similar situation actually. I read Deans books "Real Estate Millionaire" and "Profit Now from Real Estate" I too am new to real estate but all I can tell you is make sure you talk to Real Estate Agents and get to truly understand your local market. Be ready to change your strategies as new information becomes available.

Thanks for the response to my blog. The information you directed me to was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of real estate investing, in fact I've found my first property to invest in. It is in Macon,Ga and it is a 4Bdrm/3Bath home, which needs minor work, and the owner is very desperate to get out from under the house. Their are tenants living in the property, who pay rent to the owner, and the owner still owes money to the bank for the house. What would be the best way, if any, I could help out all parties and put some cash in my pockets....? Thanks in advance
