It’s a city with affordable housing and an ever-increasing job pool. It has a great but diverse culture and right now, Memphis undergoing enormous renovations. No wonder it’s on everyone’s RADAR. If someone is looking for an incredibly affordable housing market, great career opportunities, low cost living (14.3% lower than the national average), and plenty to see and do on a regular basis, Memphis ticks all the boxes.

This influx of people starting the next phase of their life is huge for the rental market. People moving to Memphis for entry level jobs are renting in record numbers.
