Day 2 and 3, the force is strong in this realtor

My highlight of the day is not the listing I landed in a great area with plenty of potential. It came as a result of wanting to help an elderly lady and her son get out of a property they no longer wanted to own and a bad wholesaler from out of state. I know I'll be able to help this lady sell her house so stay tuned to see this little puppy fly off the market.

But the highlight was a lead @James Wise had me sit down with and discuss her four rental properties. Sadly it was very emotional story, tenants were not paying their rents, properties were deteriorating as she didn't have time to do the regular up keep properties require. When I told her how much her properties would be worth in todays market, she quickly thanked me for my time and left. It's not always glitz and glamor with real estate, if you don't stay relative with whats happening in your area, you can go from having a property that the local hospital once wanted to buy from you to a property thats going to sit on the market for an extended period of time and hardy to offload. And not to mention she was a local investor not out of state.
