I'm with you on that but, that's why we advocate people do their own research, conduct their own learning, find TRUE investors as a mentor, and take classes at real, accredited learning institutions instead of throwing thousands at the fly-by night (and more "established," self-proclaimed gurus) . . . thus, the birth of BiggerPockets.com over 5 years ago.
If you already spent your money on one of those guys, you better hold them accountable to taking you through the process to get your money's worth!
True Josh, however Susan, if you bought into a system or product, hold them accountable for setting you in the right direction. I've been thru the scenarios of Nat'l speakers coming to my city, sell a bunch of stuff and leave. I can't tell you how many people we've helped that this has happened to. All I'm saying is...make sure you at least apply what you have learned by them, with their assistance.

Where are you located? Just follow the step by step system of the program you bought into or get that guru on the phone to support you.
