Day Two: Taking Action

Here's a quick summary of what I did today:

  • Reviewed the MLS searches that I have coming in daily
  • Made 10 calles to sellers/landlords on Craigslist
  • Sent 50 letters to absentee owners
  • Started working on a web presence so that I can have something to show potential referral partners (CPAs, Attorneys, etc...)
  • Reviewed a list of court filings to attempt (in vain) to find any evictions

    It is interesting to see you document your RE investing efforts.  I am also an RE investor in Boise, although I do it from a distance until I move to Boise full time in a few years.  Good luck as you chart your progress.
