Happy New Year! I have a simple message today. Do not wait until the spring market to take action. I walked into my office on January 1st and the market is already moving. Multiple showings and offers through our office in the last 3 days.

If you are a buyer or renter, start looking now. As the spring market approaches especially if you are looking for rentals, you will have limited opportunities to choose from. If you are a seller who thinks it make sense to wait until the spring market, you are mistaken! I have appointments scheduled with buyers for the month of January and February who are looking to buy something prior to the springtime so they can enjoy their new home by the summer.
