Fall & Winter Real Estate Market

In today's video, I share the discussion I had with another agent. We were discussing how although the fall and winter time is a time where most people think the real estate market slows down or shuts off, this is not necessarily true. The Hamptons now is more now than ever a year round community and people use there summer homes during the winter as well. 

The market changes in the winter and fall, and if you are a buyer, there is less competition looking at property. This in turn can help you shop for a good deal. Someone who has been on the market all winter and has had no real activity may entertain your offer depending on their motivation level.
