Day 1 inside my $30k House Flip

Wad up BP fam,

We're still flipping houses even though the country is in a pandemic and suggest you continue as well if you can & have the guts to push through. We bought this short sale house for $140k and it looks like we'll have to put about $30k in renovations to bring it back to life. It needs some of the major components updated including the Central Heating and Air, roof, flooring and kitchen counters.

Walk with me and my partners Ron and Smitty to learn how we look at the repairs and estimate an approximate number this reno's going to cost. Remember, repairs ALWAYS cost more than we expect so plan for a contingency budget for every renovation. EVERY house I've ever done has cost more than I thought, so don't think you can plan your numbers perfectly. I'll see you inside!
