How to explain WHY your offers are SO LOW!

Good money Morning BP Fam,

Let's continue going over my biggest real estate investing negotiation secrets, tips and strategies so you'll know how to explain why your offer is so low. Most, if not all, home owners that are selling their house don't care or can't understand WHY we have to offer such a low number on our purchase price. The house is usually worth just about double what we can pay for it, so we must be experts at our negotiation to explain why our offer is so low.

Today I'll go over several ways to explain to your seller the reason why your offer is low and more importantly help your seller understand the numbers. You see, most sellers think since their house is worth $200k, then they can simply sell it for $200k and take all the money. Well, that's simply not how it works in any real estate deal. Let's walk through how we present our low offer to a seller.
