What up BP,

    Did you know you can buy condos with the Subject To real estate strategy as well as houses. That's where we simply buy the property but keep the loan in place in the seller's name. I'm buy this property with NONE of my credit, not turning in my tax returns, no filling out a bank application or even having a down payment.    
      Today let's break down the numbers on this condo to see how we take over the existing mortgage from the home owner. We'll go over the purchase price, the renovation and the profit. Then we'll go visit the property so you can see the condition inside and out. See the repairs that are needed in order to bring it up to ARV, After Repair Value so we can sell it.
