Dealing With QDROs - Common Errors

In addition to my work as a qualified intermediary and licensed real estate professional, I also have extensive experience in forensic accounting, business valuations and preparing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders to divide retirement accounts in divorces. While these different professional endeavors may seem diverse, they actually complement each other nicely, in that I am able to advise my clients on a variety of issues that impact their lives at one point or another.

Recently, I was invited to the 2016 Regional Symposium of Financial Planners in Atlanta, GA where I spoke on a variety of finance-related topics. Today I am pleased to present my five-part video series about Common Errors In QDRO Preparation. The entire series is available on my YouTube channel.

Here is one excerpt:

Whether you require real estate search services to locate your next replacement property, qualified intermediary services in your next exchange or advice on dealing with property division in a divorce, I welcome your inquiry. If I cannot help you directly, I have a national database of experienced professionals who I often refer my clients to for additional assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
