Time (almost) wasted

RE Report for 10-06-2016

It's been 7 months since my last report.  Yes. SEVEN. MONTHS.

Since my last post, I wholesaled a deal that I got through one of my websites and then purchased my own personal residence.  I then spent 6 months getting moved in, settled, painted, etc.  Family time took precedence over real estate time.  It feels like I wasted that time but things slowly, working on personal business, and studying (a lot) were probably all good things.  

About 3 weeks ago I began writing and sending yellow letters again.  The last batch was 75 letters, yielded 4 or 5 calls, and 2 promising leads.  I also began working on my websites and social media.  I'm feeling energized, confident, and determined. Ready to get going again.
