Where to start?

I am moving to the North West Arkansas region and want to get into real estate. Buy & hold makes sense to me because I don't have enough resources to flip. I am open to a multi unit. I guess I am in the process of building my team and learning neighborhoods. I will be physically moving up here in 2-3 months. As of now that's the plan and I'll update the blog when it changes.
