OK ready.. So How do I start ?

I decided, was determined, I am going to do this!

Feel free to find the blog entry here.I am in the process of removing all my blog entries to my privately hosted blog website.

I hope there will be questions and interaction as I am trying to help those that want to get started with investing.

Please refrain as much as you can from private messaging me and post on the blog so I don't have to answer the same questions several times. Any questions you do not feel like asking in public feel free to pvt message me.

Every time when I move a blog entry to my new site I will keep the entry summary here with a link to the full entry.

Summary:

This is my first entry. I had to start somewhere. I was tired of thinking about starting and it iwas time to do something. SOMETHING! So right or wrong, I made a list of things to do and go from there. Find out what that list is and how I started here!

  1. Are you sure about REI prt time? I would be missing out on a lot of deals if I couldnt sit here and write 50 letters a day, picking up the phone the moment someone called... and I really m done working for someone else. I do all the thinking and creating and awesomeing, and my manager gets to be on tv telling the world how awesome his leadership skills are.

  2. This is great. Reminds me of me, a full year ago, but I paid 20+K, not $500,...to learn how to wholesale! What I was taught was crap, but instead of crying over it, I discovered this site, started listening to every podcast, read every blog I could and by the end of 2015 was closing deals & partnering with other more experienced wholesalers on deals in my area that were full-time.

    Keep pushing!

BTW, nothing wrong with doing REI part-time. If you have a job or can get one, which is obvious you can, you should take it!! It will keep you focused, pay the bills, and not leave you desperate to "do a deal"! Besides, at this point in your business, do you have full-time real estate activity? "Doing" real estate full-time and "saying" your doing it full-time are 2 different things!

    1. My friend,

I am not si sure about that. that 20K you invested landed you here.. a solid wholesaler where many of us wish we could be right now. I think it was worth it.

20K though!!! That is a lot of money!!

      :)
