Find Off Market Deals Online

Every investor at every level is always hunting the next good deal. Finding deals at deep discounts is what this business is all about. If you can't find a deal, it doesn't matter how much you know or how good you are at it. With this concept being so important, it is worth spending the time at securing your consistent lead sources. There are lots of investors that have become very good at finding deals online. The obvious method in finding deals online is by combing the MLS but those deals are considered ' On Market ' . There are other methods to finding deals online with out having MLS access. Many investors use online auction sites. These online sites have come a long way since 2008 and are very good at supplying deep discount properties. Some of the more popular ones are Auction.com and Hubzu. There is also another method for getting off market deals online which is paying for leads. When sourcing these companies, you want to be aware of a few things. Keep in mind that it takes 20-30 leads on average until you have a good deal. Find out if the leads you are paying for are shopped out or are exclusive. This source is just like any other but the company you are buying them from have already marketed to get the seller to fill out the application. If you keep a close eye on the auction sites and find a good paid lead source, you will have more deals than you know what to do with.
