Dan Zitofsky has done a really good job at leveraging his time and skill sets in order to build several successful investing models. One that he currently developed is his Turnkey model in the Cleveland market. He is able to do such a good job with this because he found the right team. He spends a great deal of time and energy putting together the right teams for the the markets he is entering. Many people believe that lawyers, property managers, contractors etc are all built the same and they can just call them up and expect professional results. Dan knows from much trial and error, that the vetting of these key players makes all the difference in having a business model succeed or fail. There is an immense amount of trust he has in his team in Cleveland as he operates out of Delaware.
