How To - Double Closing - Featuring New Western Acquisitions

Many investors hear about the term 'double closing' but don't actually know what it is or how it works. We sat down with Anthony Gonzales from New Western Acquisition to go over the details of a double closing. The short answer is, it is just buying and selling a piece of property in the same sitting. It is like any other item a person owns that they are buying and then selling to someone in a very short time frame. It is done for multiple reasons, but the concept on how it works is simply to buy and resell at the same time.
