Standing out from the crowd can be hard to do but is very necessary when trying to move your business to the next level. Michael Cohen did an excellent job in carving out a portion of the real estate investment world that he has become very known for. Michael talks about how the areas of real estate investing that he was drawn to fit the niche he found himself him. He ended up focusing on real estate investing as opposed retail sales. He felt it suited his personality more and then he ran with it. He was able to make several key moves along the way to distinguish himself and stand out from other investor friendly agents.
