Networking With Josh Buchter - Done Right
Josh Buchter runs a very successful credit consulting division of Better Qualified. How he got to that point is discussed here. He is one of the most familiar faces to people in real estate in the Philadelphia and South Jersey markets. He did this by design. Josh was truly diligent about going to targeted networking event for many years. Many people go to one or two events and then stop . They don't see any real results in their sphere of influence or business because they aren't doing what is required. Josh on the other hand would attend networking event 3-4x per week and make sure in between those event he was having lunches and dinners with people in the industry. It is what allowed him to grow so fast in his operation.
