He said that since he has entered the game, he has seen Philadelphia explode with an influx of people and job growth. This then lead to the boom of areas like Northern Liberties and Fishtown. He also has seen Philadelphia have a lot more acceptance of real estate product such as a one bedroom condo which 10 years ago seemed crazy to most people.
