Estimating Construction Quickly

A tough topic for new investors to deal with is estimating construction on total house renovation projects. One of the easiest things to do is learn from other investors in the area as to what a full renovation can cost in the best case scenario and worst case scenario. What you will find is that most properties fall within a very typical range of pricing. Unless the property you are flipping is very high end or very unique, it will likely fall within a pretty common price range. If you need to do a quick estimate because you have to make an offer, be sure to be on the high side rather than the low side.
