Hard Money - Speed Is Key
Hard money is not normally what an investor would use if they are looking for the cheapest financial option they can find. Investors tend to use hard money because the ease of access and the speed of money. A lender should be able to underwrite and close a deal within 24 hours. If they don't have that ability, you would probably want to search for a new lender. Short term money and bank money are very different so make sure you aren't paying short term rates for bank money.
