Mike McCann was asked "What would the red flags be to concern you about the condition of the markets?" Mike was concerned about interest rates causing a slow down in the liquidity of the market place. If something specific were to happen to the city of Philadelphia to negatively impact it , it would be an issue as well. Overall though, he is very bullish about the city of Philadelphia and doesn't see anything stopping the growth as he continues to monitor the market activity.
