Beginner's Luck

I closed the deal! Went to the title company expecting them to say something other than: One second Ms. Smith I'll grab your check. And they gave me  a check too! Like a real live check with my name on it!

You have no idea how many times I went back and forth with pursing this. I'm so thankful for the awesome folks on BP that answered any and every question I had. Is it weird that I learned a ton, but still feel like I know nothing? With the idea of treating this like a business and not a hobby I've really incorporated a customer service focused approach. Some things I did to accomplish this was

  • Was available to seller and end buyer to answer questions and checked in with them throughout this process
  • Showed up to closing (Mainly to make sure this thing actually works!)
  • Sent the seller a thank you note with a $25 Walmart gift card as a token of appreciation
  • Got both seller and end buyer to give me a testimonial on their experience working with me

I'm excited to rise and repeat this process again, and again!

Lets Work!
