Help with Closing Deals

Over the past few blogs I have went over the basic ways to close deals and a couple of creative ways to close.  What I have found out is that many people are having problems closing because either they valued the property too high for their end buyer, or they only have 1 or 2 buyers that will buy the deal. If those buyers so no then they have no one else to turn too.
