Cutting Windows in Foundation!

Ok.... so we've finished framing the walls in the basement.  Now we have to have an EGRESS window in the basement apartment so that if there is ever a fire blocking the staircase up and out, there is a second exit (window) that you can escape through. In this video we will enlarge one existing window to meet egress requirements, and also we will be adding another window for the 2nd bedroom because every bedroom has to have some natural light in it.  (bathrooms are exempt from natural light requirements)  We also have to do a bit of trenching in the basement to move the sewer drains to the locations that we need to accommodate the new layout of the apartment!  This is a fun video so please ENJOY the whole thing!  PS...I broke my sledgehammer in this video! lol
