Is Multifamily Your Passion?

Today we are going to talk about what you're passionate about. If you're reading this post and you are in large multifamily, I should hope that you are passionate about large multifamily, about helping people get into this asset class, about helping your tenants live better lives in buildings that they know are being taken care of and, that you are passionate about helping your investor to 10 times, 15 times level-up their lives by investing in you and the opportunities that you provide because if you are not passionate about whatever it is you're doing, then you need to stop. This is an asset class that you need to be all in. You need to give it your all and be singularly focused on dominating and making this the thing that you do.

If you do large multifamily, you can have other businesses. There are serial entrepreneurs out there but I am not one, I need to focus. Right now and probably forevermore my focus will be on large multifamily. This is my passion. I'm passionate about helping people. I'm passionate about helping people get to the next level in this asset class, I'm passionate about helping my tenants live better lives because I was able to acquire that property and make it better for them. I am passionate about what I am doing, so if you're not passionate, take a good look at yourself because if you are not, then you are doing the wrong thing, dig deep, what are you passionate about? What do you want to be doing? Is it larger multifamily? Great. What about it is so amazing that you cannot live without doing this particular asset class?

What about what you're doing thrills you? The other thing is if this doesn't excite you, if you're not passionate about it, figure out what does excite you. Life's too short not to be happy and passionate about what you do day in and day out. Life is too short to not be passionate about your life and what you do with it on a daily basis. Get out there and do, get out there and be you and do what passionate about. I think I've said the word passionate about a hundred times now, but you get what I'm saying, you get that. This is large. Multifamily is an amazing asset class that I am thrilled to be a part of and if you are too, then let's take on the world together, but if not, then let's figure out what you are passionate about.
